Please be advised the property water park is open on a seasonal basis (weather permitting) from mid-March through September. Please call the hotel directly concerning dates outside this range. Please note that a maximum of 8 rooms may be booked by a guest at one time. Contact hotel for details. The properties require the credit card holder to present proper ID and the credit/debit card used to pay the first night's deposit at check-in. Please note that parking during car shows is limited to 1 parking space per room. Contact the property for more information. If the card holder will not be present at check-in, the property requires that the credit card holder complete a Credit Card Authorization form to be sent in advance of arrival. Per our policies, we cannot rent a non-handicap room when a handicap room is required or requested. The waterpark is open through mid -October. Parking is always limited to 1 space. Cashless Country Cascades will no longer accept cash as a method of payment.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool: Closed from Mon, Oct 19, 2026 until Fri, May 21, 2027 A deposit may be required at the property.

"Wonderful family vacation"

I liked that the property was in a good location. It was a clean well taken care of property. It had a parking lot that was easy to navigate. There was plenty to do at the property while staying there to keep little ones entertained.

There is nothing we didn’t like about the property.

"Fun time for kids at the pools but any activities other than that will cost you $$$"

The pools and splash pad was great. Our grandkids had a great time.

No coffee pot or microwave in the room. Most hotels have free coffee but not here. Everything to eat or drink within the hotel is very expensive. A bottle of soda was $4 from vending machine. Safe in room was broken and hallway was very dark in the main hotel. Needs a lighter paint shade and ceiling lighting. It was somewhat creepy.

The property is very nice and worth the money. Kids really enjoyed it

As I understand staff is the issue but throughout the day the slides were open at different times for little kids and big kids and this caused some confusion for the kids.

Very poor WiFi The phone service was terrible. Tv need to be updated and allow guest to connect they streaming service.
