Days Inn by Wyndham Madisonville

The bed was comfortable.

The quality at this location doesn't come anywhere near what I have experienced at other Wyndham locations. We were really disappointed. We were put in a room on the 2nd floor....and the only way to get there was a staircase...no elevator. This made getting luggage to the room a challenge. In the room, it looked like the flooring had been done somewhat recently. The bathroom was very outdated. The floors looked dirty and outdated. The rest was OK at best. We were a party of 2, but we only got 1 regular size towel. The furniture was outdated.....and had "dings", which showed the age. The HVAC was OK. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The overall feeling of the room was very outdated. Overall, we were disappointed.

The location and the privacy

They said it was $40 a pet and when we got there it was $40 per night per dog. It did not used to be that way! It really took away from the budget I had set aside for recreational activities. They should have clarified this with my husband over the phone when he called. Also, the breakfast is a diabetics nightmare.

The only thing I liked about this place was the location. We were traveling for basketball and it's relatively close to the Kentucky Sports Center.

After we got our key and entered through entrance B me and my two children were almost blown away by the smell of marijuana. Once we got to our room it also stunk of marijuana, so I bought air freshener and hoped for the best. The "clean" rags all had brown stains on them. Woke up this morning to my daughter screaming at the top of her lungs because cockroaches went every where when she turned the bathroom light on.

The property was very clean I was amazed of how our bathroom was and how well be the beds were and how clean the floor was in our room.

And there is nothing here applies because I don’t have no place. There’s something I did not like that.
