Superbly tasteful in every way. Rooms clean comfortable and spacious. Bedding spotless. Position very central for highlights of verona and in the heart of fine shopping area. Great private underground parking facilities just round corner which hotel will organise and member of staff will take you there to open security gates for you . Staff by the way are great and very accommodating. Breakfasts are more than acceptable.

Great building, lovely welcome pomegranate drink (which was indeed very welcome after a sweaty walk from the railway station). The hotel porters were lovely and very attentive - and for me they were friendlier and more welcoming than the receptionists on the check in desk. Breakfast was very good: when I pointed out (to an Italian!) that Americano coffee is not filter coffee they immediately made me a proper Americano. Room felt plush and comfortable.

As implied, I felt the front desk staff could have been friendlier. Everything else was good.

Superbe : une équipe adorable, un super emplacement avec le service au top pour le parking en centre-ville, très belle chambre confortable et super propre, super petit déjeuner. .
