Was a bit grubby.

Easy parking. Comfortable beds. All mod cons provided.

The fridge was a bit smelly from previous guests but that didn't hinder our stay.

Double parking, although small & tricky but could fit in 2 cars. Key was kept as told, heating was powerful. Very close to Exeter center which is positive. Has a big dining room which is useful

It says two bathrooms on advert! But one of them didn't have a toilet so in a 3 bedroom place that takes 8-9 visitors you have only 1 toilet & 2 showers! The whole property was dirty, oily stains everywhere, cobwebs from corners. We had to re-wash all the kitchen utensils before using them, all kitchen worktop was greasy! Looked like it was left in the same state after last stay! Living room sofa is falling apart, looks like a skip-rescue!

Proximity to the city centre and Quay. Parking.

Sofa and beds were not very comfortable. "Garden" is where the washing machine and tumble dryer are. Garden furniture broken with fungus growing on it. No toilet in en suite. With the old washing machine at the front, the quality and overall impression is more of a student house rather than holiday accommodation. Provided with two small bath towels and one hand towel, no tea towel, or dish cloth. Write up says help yourself to breakfast but nothing provided. Not impressed with the bribe for giving a 5 star review.

Convenient location.

The house was very warm and stuffy. Coming from Australia, we are accustomed to ceiling fans or air conditioning but realise this is not the norm in England. The English door locks are very confusing, it did take us awhile to work which way the lock and handle go.

Great location and easy to find. Good for a family stay, with older children, but only one toilet. Thank you.
