"Comfortable except shower."

Clean and conveniently located near Harras Casino.

The slide glass doors on shower stall slides backwards. You can't just reach in to adjust water temp in shower b/c the glass door at the faucet is stationery. You have to physically get into shower and get blasted with cold water before water warms to comfortable temp.

"Great stay but broken jacuzzi"

Breakfast great. Staff nice. But booked here because of jacuzzi but it was broken! So that was very disappointing to us. Esp after skiing we wanted a warm jacuzzi after. All else was great.

"Perfect Maggie Valley lodging"

Very comfortable rooms, great shower! Location was ideal for easy access to all of the area’s attractions. They even had a coin operated washer and dryer available for use and a microwave.

The ice machine was out of order while we were there
