Cheaper than Caesars where I was spending my time.

Valet was rude. Having to make multiple trips to the parking garage to load and unload isn't accommodating when you're traveling solo.

Renee took us aside while a large group was checking in. Really appreciated that. The upgrade to a suite was nice too.

Resort Fees. These fees should be up front in CAPITAL LETTERS! Also, no coffee in rooms is a big negative for us. Didn't like to have to get dressed and go down to Starbucks for $7.00 coffee.
