The location, we didn't have a view but the view from rooftop bar of the leaning tower was fabulous. Great buffet breakfast with a great selection, the freshly baked croissants were divine. So close to the sights and restaurants. Hotel have a shuttle bus to airport 10 euro each . Staff lovely

Room was a bit small but a big bathroom. Pillows were very hard . Teamaking facilities would be nice

Pokoje lata swietnosci maja juz za soba - przydalby sie delikatny lifting. Materace nie do konca wygodne. Klimatyzacja dosc sfatygowana, z naszej troche cieklo.

Location is amazing. Clean. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff Decent breakfast

No complimentary water or tea/coffee in room. Wifi kicks you every 10min and you have to re-register. Only one power outlet in the room

The restaurant on level 5 with a marvellous view at sunset- see photos food was good Next to leaning tower Pisa as only stayed 1 night

The location was great, a short walk away from the Cathedral.

Hardly any plug sockets for charging phones etc. one was in the hall and we had to crawl under the desk to reach the other. The view was of a wall. We would have been disappointed if we were staying longer.
