"Oasis in a busy city"

Lovely hotel, we stayed in the Pavilion which is an Annex in the beautiful gardens near the pool. The service has been excellent, Sara from Guest Relations is very helpful, the pool attendants & breakfast team are particular standouts. The hotel is dated but still worthwhile staying, well located opposite the Nile.

Excellent stay at the Sofitel Winter Palace. The hotel interior and gardens are immaculate. Service was impeccable. The breakfast buffet had such a wide selection of options. Stayed in a garden suite room which was very quiet.

"Pure greed"

Just to be aware if you wish to have a drink in the winter place bar it will cost you 1000 Egyptian just to get in if not a resident, l was amazed tonight after all the years staying at the place and the pavilion the one time I didn’t stay there l am confronted with what l can only say is that greed ,luckily l have experienced the hotel and now is off my list
