I liked it. The staff was very nice and sweet and someone did try to come up to fix the Wi-Fi and also call the company to get it fixed, but they did not get it fixed but they were very helpful .

We do not have Wi-Fi. We have to use our hotspot in order to use the TVs. The bathroom door downstairs will literally dirty when you close it. The shower curtains in the downstairs bathroom was nasty and he did not work but other than that it was a United States it was very nice very clean.

My fiancé and I checked into our room around 3pm and around 930pm there was a very loud beeping noise. We kept calling the office and they kept saying we called the company. Finally around 1000pm I went to the office and showed them what was going and and they tried to true it off. That didn’t work. I then asked to change rooms. I was able to. But we got moved into the new room around 1030pm and wasn’t able settle until about midnight. We then went to the office at check out to see if we could get compensation for having to deal with what happened. And they only gave us 10,000 points on my account. Supper in happy about this. Also we had to wait to check out for about a half hr and nobody was at the desk
