Lovely stay! Bed and pillows were very comfy. Extremely clean. We stayed NYE weekend and it was so quiet. Felt very safe. Staff were so friendly. Weekend breakfast was DELICIOUS.

Breakfast was good.

Entrance, lobby and elevator were tracked with mud. Lobby was messy. When we checked in they gave us a room that hadn’t been cleaned. When we checked out they said we owed them for our stay…it was paid for on Booking.com. I showed them my receipt from Booking on my phone but they still kept my card number and said they’d check it out???? Disaster!
