"Comfortable and convenient for our 1 night stay in Ottawa."

Convenient location midway between Lake Shorey Beach Park and downtown Ottawa. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Breakfast hours were on the early side and so we weren't able to take advantage of it. Even extending to 10am would help.

"I'd stay here again"

Comfortable bed, quiet, good breakfast. Amiable staff. The parking spaces are somewhat tiny but ok. It was nice to have a bathtub instead of a shower. good A/c.

Not much to like. Our visit was bad from the beginning to the end

Did not have the correct number of beds. Then we had found dirty under wear in our new room after they messed up our check in

When we first walked into our room there was a musty mildew smell. We had to light candles to take care of the smell. Overall average experience. Staff was super friendly.
