Bed ruffle was OBVIOUSLY stained from recent "activity". Door key wouldn't open outside door. Pool was gooey on the bottom. Room smelled horrible. But staff was friendly

Only had two towels and washcloths in room with 4 people. When I asked for more at the desk, the worker told me they were all out. Said we’d have to wait til the wash was done

Dated, needs some improvements, carpet needs cleaned. Not much of a breakfast selection. Sheets and towels were fresh, staff was pleasant.

Everything was expected. Only one poor aspect, only stairs. Being over 65 and have a disability, had to over come up sing stairs.
