Ambience and staff friendliness.

Shower settings only hot - difficult to cool.

Lovely stay with very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious and clean with a good sized bathroom. The Inn is just off the main road so easy to find and park. We were very comfortable.

Rooms generous in size and well equipped. Really comfortable beds with crisp cotton sheets. Large bathroom. Staff welcoming and helpful.

There was quite a lot of traffic noise from the road.

Beautiful rooms - some of the equipment may need some explanatory stickers (took me a minute or two to work out how the tap worked!)

I would have liked a choice of cereal/yoghurts/toast etc for breakfast however the cooked breakfast was excellent

The breakfast was good, especially on the first morning. Nancy (Supervisor) was very helpful and welcoming.

There were problems with the kitchen staff on both evenings. This reduced the menu availability. On the first evening a group of customers had ordered duck, after 20 minutes they checked and the order hadn't gone through to the kitchen so they cancelled and left. On the second evening two adults and a child came in for pizza (the speciality) however there was only 1 chef in the kitchen and pizza was unavailable??? Yet the a la carte menu was available? The people left.

The olde worlde charm was amazing, we’ve been meaning to write a review since our wonderful stay in September. The facilities were great with everything we needed for our weeks break, clean tidy and all our needs catered for. The bathroom was clean tidy and easily accessible, the front room had that cosy , warm and comfortable feeling with nice furniture and mod cons. The kitchen was very modern and well equipped with plenty of room. The bedroom was spacious, well designed and had a lovely comfortable double bed with again nice furniture. It definitely felt like home very quickly and our time there flew by. There’s so much to do and places to visit we ran out of time to fit everything in… We stayed there a week and the fact we will definitely will go back is the best endorsement we can give. A great place to,where we were made to feel very welcome by the hosts and local people.

The location, the feel, the staff, the room, and the food. Small touches in the room added up to a wonderful environment. Attention to detail by the cleaning team was excellent.

Comfortabele, ruime kamer met alle nodige voorzieningen. Handig om 's avonds in het restaurant te kunnen eten. Goeie locatie om de regio te verkennen, en voldoende parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel.

Het ontbijt viel wat tegen, en er was wel wat lawaai van buiten (voorbij rijdende auto's) maar niets onoverkomelijk.
