Upstairs room loud footsteps. Breakfast was very limited.

Pool was closed.

I booked a room as a cheap option while passing through for one night. The room was generally very clean, with a few minor scuffs and one broken light fixture. I was impressed with the level of amenities for such a cheap price. No bugs, no bedbugs, quiet location, and walking distance to the Zia casino (though I’d still recommend driving due to the street layout). They had free breakfast, but unfortunately I had to leave before it started (6am). The pool was closed, but that wasn’t a big deal to me since I didn’t plan to swim anyway. If you do plan to swim, call ahead. The check in desk worker was friendly and helpful, and overall my stay was very pleasant!

Convince

It had no elevator. Half the lights were very dim or didn't work. Barely any hot water.

It was cheaper than others.

Pool and hot tub are closed. I was not notified of that. And the breakfast is laughable and crusty.

Easy access.

I booked there because they have a hot tub. The pool and hot tub were not open saying that they were closed for repairs but there was no evidence of any work being done.

The location was on the outskirts of town but still a good location. There was a bar/grill right next door on one side and a convenient store on the other side
