Quiet atmosphere

To much carbs for continental breakfast. Wish they had scrambled eggs

We were pleased that our request for a ground level room was granted! The room was clean, bed was comfy, a/c worked quietly, and having a coffee maker, microwave, & refrigerator in the room was much appreciated. There was also a sofa and table, which was nice to have a place to sit other than the bed. Breakfast items were basic continental breakfast, but there's a Denny's within walking distance. Location was close to the Zia Park Casino, too!

The grab bar in the tub/shower needs to be replaced in the room we were in, as it wasn't attached well (screws were rusted and stripped). There was some water damage on the wall next to the tub. The main disappointment is the indoor pool and hot tub were out of service, even though it is posted on the website and the hotel marquee. Management should post that the pool is NOT OPEN.

Price, location, and parking

The towels were awfully old.

All in all we liked the Hotel,because the casino was very close to the Hotel.giid service.
