"Very clean and tidy, but let down by lack of staff to resolve issues with the equipment in the room."

Very clean and tidy. Mari the waitress was very friendly and polite at breakfast.

We were not able to make a hot drink as the Nexpresso machine in our was broken. With the hotel being a self check-in there was no staff available to assist with a replacement.

Modern, its far from Matterhorn proper but given that the place is near train station, you have easy access to go anywhere Area is quiet

Not much option to eat outside.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, wir konnten gut bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und alles frisch zubereitet.
