Facilities and Activities was a clear standout. Mr Anant deserves a special mention for helping us greatly.

There was no communication between reservations, check-in desk and restaurant. Despite making repeated requests associated with the purpose of our visit and our special dietary requirements, we were sold the gala dinner package for 31 Dec without asking us if we wished to avail it. The individual who took our booking, at one point starting arguing that the decision to close the restaurant for 31st Dec gala was communicated to us on the 22nd Dec and that I acknowledged it as if I had an option to do anything about it so close to the visit. This is a place in the middle of nowhere with nothing on either side for several miles. If one doesn't have a mode of conveyance, it is impossible to get anywhere even for a cup of tea. My repeated requests in almost all my messages from the point we made the booking more than three months ago, clearly fell on deaf ears and were not communicated to the restaurant staff. I had to chase him myself until the afternoon of 31st several times to ensure that he was aware of our situation. Just unacceptable!. He was aware of our situation on the 30th itself as was their DGM and they both knew that we are not interested in the gala thing, yet we were charged for it. Utterly unprofessional and totally lacking any personal touch.

The place was very peaceful.The property is very beautiful to explore with alot of activities. The room service was good and the staff were very friendly and approchable. The rooms are spacious and clean. Overall the stay was very comfortable.The food taste is also good. A good option for family and couples aswell.

1.The restuarant service was very slow. The staff should inform about any delay or atleast the expected time for the food ordered in the resturant. 2. We could not take the entire property tour inspite of requesting it for few times.
