Bai Dinh Garden Resort & Spa Ninh Binh

The entire resort feels wonderfully cozy and charming. The lush plants surrounding the property and the pool at the center create a fresh and relaxing atmosphere. Thuy at the reception, along with Uyen and Giang from the restaurant, were all incredibly supportive, caring, and helpful

The location is a bit far from everything except Bai Dinh Pagoda. However, I was looking to escape the busy city life, so it worked out perfectly.

I would like to say that Uyen, Giang, and Thuy have looked after us so much during our time here. They are genuinely kind, caring, and thoughtful people who always go out of their way to make sure we are comfortable and well supported. Their warmth and generosity make a real difference, and it never goes unnoticed. They are always willing to help, listen, and offer encouragement whenever it is needed. We truly appreciate everything they have done for us. They are very lovely people, and we feel grateful to have met them.

A beautiful and peaceful resort, located right next to Bai Dinh Pagoda and conveniently close to sightseeing spots in Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, as well as Cuc Phuong National Park. The staff were exceptionally friendly and warmly welcoming. The room was very comfortable, and the food was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The staff also helped us arrange a night tour to Bai Dinh Pagoda and transportation to visit nearby attractions. We will definitely return.

Chambre élégante et confortable. L’hôtel est proche de la pagode de Bai Dinh. Le jardin est très beau et comprend une piscine. Petit déjeuner complet. Très bon accueil. Vue sur la pagode éclairée de nuit.

Dîner servi dans le désordre, dessert glacé en premier et plats ensuite. Certaines chambres sont proches de la route et un peu bruyante.

Beutiful rooms with garden and pool view. The restaurant was full of local options and everything we ordered was acceptional. We went on a guided tour with Thai and he was very informative and helpful throughout the stay.

Hoewel het niet op de meest centrale plek ligt is het de moeite waard om in de Grab te stappen naar de activiteiten in de omgeving. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en staat klaar om met alles te helpen. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en je kan de hele dag bestellen in het restaurant.

Als ik een minpunt moet noemen - ik zou lekker Vietnamese gerechten bestellen. De Westerse kaart heeft nog wat oefening nodig.

Uyen, Giang, and Nga were very service oriented and helped provide an excellent atmosphere at the hotel during both dinner and breakfast. They were attentive to our needs and gave us great tips to explore the area along with providing a friendly environment.

The bathroom was a bit small but manageable.

Very lovely atmosphere, clean room and good value for a relaxing getaway for both longer stay and weekend trips. Very hospitable team of staff and during our stay uyen, nga, and thuy were very lovely and always making sure we had the nicest vietnamese food. Food is really good, both western and vietnamese. But never tried the pizza. Rooms are spacious and clean.
