The person at the front desk was very kind upon arrival and the maintenance worker helped my son when he cried out he needed help.

No swimming pool.

"I was there only for one night and basically to sleep."

Check in was easy.

The room was very disappointing. It was extremely dirty. The bathtub was dirty, the walls had been patched, the entry door was marked in black from people's hand oils. If I wasn't there to just sleep, I would have complained and asked for a different room. These rooms were advertised as remodeled.....but I would never guess that the room I was in was ever remodeled or cleaned often.

The location that’s set😬

It was super dirty I had to do my own cleaning 🧹 floor was dirty and there was cockroaches 🪳 the 🛁 tub was dirty and with hair the toilet 🚽 had hair too 😝and there was a bug like a little lizard 🦎 the scared my kid so bad and my son dropped some thing underneath the bed 🛌 is like box so I move the mattress and is was so dirty with dead bugs

Air conditioner worked great and Breakfast was good!

Very run down hotel and room, falling apart and repairs ridiculous! The weather stripping on our door was gone so they used blue painter's tape all the way down the door very tacky. Mattress hard and every time my husband turned over, it made very strange noise down at the base. The the bathroom fan was hanging down and very loud.I felt uncomfortable like it was not safe. The outside hallway leading to our car was very dirty and unkempt. They need a proper handyman at the very least
