Das Gastgeberpärchen ist superduper nett und lieb. Die Dachterasse auf der das hervorragende Frühstück serviert wird ist grandios. Ich war der einzige Gast und das Buffet war in der Vielfalt angerichtet, wie wenn ausgebucht wäre. Ich durfte auch für die Verpflegung tagsüber mitnehmen was ich wollte. Die Dachterasse darf man abends nutzen. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und der Balkon sehr schön. Makkari liegt etwas außerhalb, vorgelagert, von San Vito an einem Westhang.....tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Parken in der Nachsaison direkt vor dem Haus möglich.

Leider liegt zwischen Balkon und Meer die Ortsdurchgangstraße. Da fährt zwar "nur" der örtliche Verkehr bzw. es sollte so sein. Allerdings wohnen da offensichtlich einige Idioten die noch nach 22 Uhr in voller Lautstärke und total überhöhter Geschwindigkeit durchbrettern. Bei offener Balkontür hat man das Gefühl die fahren durch's Zimmer. Die Dachterasse liegt übrigens tatsächlich direkt vor dem Wohnräumen des Pärchens....ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Außerdem gibt 3 Hauskatzen....bei einer entsprechenden Allergie würde ich da nicht übernachten. Für alle die im Oktober dorthin reisen. Die beiden Restaurants im Ort waren Mitte Oktober geschlossen......man musste nach San Vito reinfahren.

Niente da dire

La struttura si trova in un piccolo paese, a pochi km da S.Vito lo Capo, comodissimo per arrivarci, ma la sua forza è il mare sottostante: acqua stupenda, scogli o sabbia a scelta, alle spalle una montagna imponente. Abbiamo pernottato solo 2 notti, ma Salvo e Maria ci hanno trattato come se fossimo di famiglia. La camera ha un terrazzino da cui si può vedere il mare, ma per goderne al meglio, basta andare sul terrazzo a tetto (dove viene servita la fantastica colazione e da cui si può godere dei tramonti spettacolari). A disposizione degli ospiti mettono anche degli ombrelloni da potersi portare in spiaggia. Qualcuno si è lamentato del "traffico mattutino" ed in principio ci aveva preoccupato, ma in realtà capita solo che passi qualche auto, non certo un elevato traffico. Ad una cosa fate attenzione, il pane cunzato che ti offrono crea dipendenza 😄

Everything was perfect, but on top of that owners of the apartment were super friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were tasty also :)

Grazie Maria e Salvatore per accoglienza in questo posto incantevole tra Monti e mare rimarrà un bellissimo ricordo per sempre, grazie della disponibilità e gentilezza 🌹 c’è un maneggio a distanza di 3min da struttura dove si può prenotare una passeggiata a cavallo sulla riva del Golfo di Macari è una esperienza unica, mezzo il bellissimo paesaggio della natura selvaggia, stra consigliato!

La camera vista mare sopra la strada dove dalle 5-6 di mattina comincia il traffico…..è impossibile avere un relax a 100%

Ottima accoglienza, ambiente pulito. La cosa che è stata molto apprezzata è la terrazza panoramica dove viene servita un'ottima colazione. Consigliato !

Maria and Salvatore were the smiling warm hosts which you can only dream to meet on your Italian holiday. They approach you as an old dear friend, while giving you all a customer would want. Their family hotel has it all - the comfy beds, the tasty breakfast, the peaceful surroundings yet a walking distance from Makari's lovely beach and amazing views including the signature sunset vista for a wallpaper view. Simply a solid 10, not to mention that they accommodated us last minute after another host nearby cancelled our reservation upon our arrival. Thank you!
