OYO 152 Sangco Condotel

I booked my stay a day before my check in date and requested to be on the ground floor or 2nd floor at least. When I checked in they gave me a room on the 4th floor room 402 which was very inconvenient for me knowing that the hotel has no elevator and I have 2 big baggage. I even ask assistance from the staff to help me carry my baggage going up to the room but he refused to help. They don't even have a wifi internet which was supposed to have as per stated in their amenities upon my reservation. I planned to extend my stay for 2 days but because of my horrible experience to this hotel, I decided to find another better hotel for my next stay.

This is our second booking at this property. We like the room because it is clean, and most importantly, it is free of cockroaches. It fits our budget and offers good quality accommodation.

This time, we were given a room on the 4th floor. Having a toddler and no elevator made it difficult to go up and down, especially when going out, coming back to our room, buying food outside or receiving food deliveries.

The price is okay. If you're looking for somewhere to sleep on a tight budget, you can book this hotel.

No Electric Kettle (It was clearly stated upon booking). The Wi-Fi is a little bit slow. Most of the time, I used my DATA. No remote-controlled TV, so it's hard to change channels and all. Lastly, no elevator. It's so tiring to walk up and down.

It is clean, accessible (papasok lang ng very slite sa may eskinita, kasya din ang car). Approachable staffs. Very reasonable price.

Some of the aircon was not functioning well. Mirror has cracked, pillow cases and duvet may mga tastas, window has loss screws and it can't closed well. Tv has no remote control and has only 1 channel.

bed and lined are clean

1. bad smell coming from the room sink 2. wet paint at their walls 3. there is only 1 available socket (for charging) for the family room with 8 guests. tried to borrow an extension from the owner but they don't have one 4. Rainwater is leaking in the window so they had to put 3 rugs near the window 5. no complimentary drinking water, shampoo, soap or toothbrush

Great location Manila zoo Ocean many fun places walking distance to many places eat fresh cocunt water stand and fresh fruit clean safe hotel I enjoy my 4 weeks there thanks
