Didn’t stay long enough to find out

Climbed 6 flight of stairs with luggage to reach the room. Very rundown looking. No toilet paper. Hard and stiff mattress. Decided to rebook to another hotel within five minutes of being in the room.

The room and hotel in general is very clean, the shower was good.

We were on the 3rd floor and the hotel does not have an elevator, climbing up 3 flights of stairs was rather difficult. There was religious symbolism in the lobby which may be offensive to adherents of other faiths. The room was very cramped, so much so that the main door didn't open all the way, they only gave us towels, there were no tissues in the room and very basic amenities; there wasn't even a phone in the room despite the basic room service menu. The electrical sockets were on the ceiling! The policy of only cleaning every 3 days wasn't appealing, and the description on Booking.com never mentioned a 1K security deposit at check in (unless I missed it)

It's near to the main street where you can find the jeepneys to Intramuros.

The street and the neighbourhood by night. Then, there weren't shampoo and bodywash as it was declared in Booking.
