Sentido Apollo Palace and Waterslides

Nice hotel, decent quality food/pool etc. I left my laptop in the hotel lobby and only found this out while I was about to board my flight. Christine was very helpful and responsive - much appreciated!

Great location, rooms located in beautiful gardens adult pool area was the best. Due to the current safety dining arrangements which is very well managed it would be helpful to display a menu. Once you are in a queue you are unable to see the food choice available ahead of you may prefer. Forget the evening entertainment would prefer more dancing time.

Some staff were generally rude to us and visibly to other guests which was upsetting. Slightly dated however clean rooms. The tables in the pool bar had not been cleaned from the night before - not just a COVID issue but also gross because they had sticky cocktail residue over them. The complex was generally nice, pool and private beach area was satisfactory... Food inoffensive and mediocre - good if you like beige. Predominantly we got the impression the hotel was catered to the German market. We also stayed in a 2 star in Corfu for our first week on the island... the 2 star was better. Considering the lack of tourist activity and higher star rating you would expect the service to be better, not noticeably worse.

Staff were great, place was clean, food was great. Can’t fault it.

Decent enough village complex. Quiet location close to small beach. Food so-so. No tv service, working fan or air com in one room. Room not cleaned daily. Great pools. Very limited all inclusive drinks on offer.

Beautiful hotel, the staff were fantastic and very helpful.

It’s an all inclusive resort on a quiet part of the island with several pools and many activities. The property is a little dated- the air conditioning unit in our room was temperamental, the layout was odd (open plan bathroom other reviews have mentioned) and the mini golf was disappointing. We paid extra for a junior suite - don’t. It’s bigger- 2 sofas but it’s not a 1 bedroom in the traditional sense (implies a separation from the living area and the bathroom); it’s just a bigger space. The food is disappointing, but it is fairly safe for a buffet- everything is served by staff - just point and they serve it in a plate. Location is ok- it’s near some nice beaches and it’s adjacent to lots of boats (tours and boat rentals), but the close beaches are pebbles rather than sandy. For a resort, they offer a spa and that’s pretty much it. I would expect more services for a resort and a nice restaurant for those that want more than a buffet. Overall - it’s clean, Family friendly and comfortable; the pools are nice, lots of cats and friendly staff. It could offer better food and a room refresh; the junior suite is not worth the upgrade.

Cheap & cheerless. The word I’d use to describe this resort would be disappointing. In fact, I can’t think of an area that exceeded my expectations. A five star hotel in Greece is certainly not the same as a five star hotel in UK. The hotel claimed they had no details of us having booked 3xdouble rooms, so they gave us twin rooms instead. The shower was broken in our room and I stood in glass in the shower. The half board/all inclusive food was no better than school dinners. I really wouldn’t book this Hotel again.

Great all around hotel. Modern clean air conditioned rooms, cleaned daily, towels changed. Plenty food, good choices and tasty. Few types of meat, fish, vegetables daily. In between there’s plenty to get stuffed at the pool bar. Animations team is amazing. Really happy with the price and service we’ve received. People who complain, need to get a grip. And maybe book a hotel that is 5 star and three times the price.
