Der gesamte Aufenthalt war super. Sehr nettes Personal, dass immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich war. Sehr sauberes und schönes Zimmer.

Insgesamt eine schöne Anlage. Es gibt neu renovierte und ältere Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind groß und entsprechen den Beschreibungen. Schwimmbad und Sauna sind modern und ohne viel Chi Chi. Das einzige was es zu bemängeln gibt, es gibt keine Wechselhandtücher. Alles ist sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Restaurant ist leider Mittwochs und Donnerstags geschlossen, das hätte man vorher oder in der Buchungsbestätigung mitteilen können. Frühstück ist gut und es gibt genügend Auswahl.

Zimmer und Frühstück sehr gut.Personal teilweise nicht sehr freundlich,zu wenig Hotelinformation,Öffnungszeiten Textilsauna viel zu kurz,im Restaurant sehr kleine Speisenkarte und außer Salat nichts für Vegetarier,Gesichtsbehandlung sowie Massagen enttäuschend,für die hohen Preise mehr erwartet.Teilweise Abzocke.Werden kein zweites Mal dort buchen

"A beautifully well run hotel "

Second visit to this lovely hotel in the heart of the Black Forest. We chose a Superior Mountain View room which had a large balcony overlooking the village and mountain back drop. The room was large with luxury fittings. The restaurant is in the pricey side and there could be more choice of options. It is not open at lunch or on Sunday night.
