Teníamos el apartamentos en una segunda o tercera planta sin ascensor y la chica de recepción, súper amable, nos hizo el cambio a uno en primera planta donde estábamos solos y podíamos dejar el carrito de bebé abajo ya que cerrabamos nosotros. Ella (morena con gafas sin mal no recuerdo) fue super atenta con nosotros. Cerquita de la playa (bajando literalmente una calle). La cama muy cómoda y todo muy limpio.

El sofá cama era un pelín incómodo y la nevera hacía un ruido tremendo algunas veces.

La ubicación y la distribución del apartamento, así como las camas que eran muy cómodas.

Dejé olvidada una chaqueta en el armario de la habitación y me puse en contacto con el hotel prácticamente de inmediato. No recibí respuesta y tuve que llamar en numerosas ocasiones para intentar solucionarlo. Finalmente, nadie se ha hecho responsable ni me han dado ninguna solución sobre la desaparición de la prenda. Una atención al cliente muy decepcionante.

Unable to use the bath. No plug, no water inlet into the bath! No plug in the kitchen sink. Loud humming sound like an extractor which cannot be turned off. Very loud at night. Difficult to find if not familiar with the area. No maps available at reception.
