The communication with the hist prior to moving in was good. Also, the fact that there is a keypad that will unlock the door.

The property had not been cleaned properly. We found dirty underwear under the bathroom sink and splash marks on the walls. There was stuff underneath the furniture in the living room, indicating that the place had not been cleaned in detail before we arrived. Seeing how high the cleaning fees are for this place, that's a no-go. The area is pretty run down, not the place where you want to take your kids for a walk in the evening.
