Good location - that’s it for what was good

Major construction site behind and adjacent to this property. The noise of jackhammering is so unbearable that we could stay in our room. Woke us up at 8am every morning and didn’t stop.

Great location on the sunset side of Ortigia, lovely views over the sea, very central for the cathedral, restaurants and tours. Very comfortable bed, spacious bedroom, great living area, brilliant shower. Cute kitchen area, decent sized fridge with milk, juice and water made available. My husband was delighted with the Nespresso machine and frother. We were surprised that the room was serviced after our first night as we assumed it was self catering, a real luxury to have fresh towels and the bed made!

The kitchenette is quite basic, tiny cups and saucers, no mugs, only one dessert spoon, and a frying pan that doesn’t sit on the hob unless wedged once heated up. We liked the valet parking service, the hotel organised it brilliantly and I would have hated to try to find parking nearby, but it’s very expensive at €30 per night! Quite noisy on Sunday night despite closing the shutters, but slept easily, totally quiet on Monday night - a huge difference in volume of noise and people weekend to weekday.

Everything was perfect. We were warmly greeted by Chiara and given access codes & a brief explanation of how things worked in the apartment. We booked in for dinner the first evening at the restaurant, Yacht, which operates out of the same building. The food was exceptional and a wonderful experience. Staff at the apartment and restaurant are warm & friendly & very helpful. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Freundlichkeit, Komfort, Sauberkeit super! Schöne Ausstattung. Herrlicher Ausblick, gleich bei Fonte Aretusa. Gratis Wasser, Milch, Kaffe, Früchte bereitgestellt.

Wer Ruhe sucht, wird sie hier leider nicht finden. Zig Lokale mit teils lauter Musik, auch direkt unter den Fenstern der Unterkunft. Laute Tanzmusik auf Booten, die sich zu Parties treffen. Mit Ohrstöpseln geht's.

完璧な景色を見る事が出来ました。部屋はとても清潔で色々なものが常備されていました。スリッパや傘までも！おもてなしの心が感じられました。ベッドはとても広くぐっすり寝過ぎてしまうほどでした。

ジャグジーに入るのを楽しみにしていましたが、夜は意外と寒くて入るチャンスがなく残念でした。下はレストランで夜中まで音楽や笑い声が聞こえてるので苦手な人がいるかもしれませんが、私はその音がたまらなく心地良かったです。
