Palazzo Alfeo Aparthotel

Everything was perfect. Tha apartment, location, attention to detail, cleanliness, best spor in Ortigia. We bought a melon and left it in our private terrace facing the boardwalk for a few minutes and someone stole it, it was funny but it could have happened with someting else. I recommend putting a sign Private property somewhere on the lovely terrace.

Incredible views and easy to walk everywhere, very spacious, loved having a fridge and kitchenette, VERY comfortable mattress and pillows, friendly staff

The shower was slightly cramped but we didn’t mind too much

The local was perfect; on the promenade, overlooking the water and next to excellent restaurants.

Perfectly appointed and staff were super helpful. We took the valet parking option. We enjoyed the prime location , watching sunset from the windows. Highly recommend.

It didn’t have an ironing board in the room. Everything else was great.

Beautiful apartment. Fabulous location. Well equipped apartment even though we had all of our meals out. Staff are very helpful.

Could not have asked for better service. The staff and management were amazing. From the time I booked they were extremely helpful in helping me prepare for our trip. They assisted with parking options and anything else we required. It’s a beautiful location. Can’t wait to go back.

The sea front with a terrace with the ground floor was beautiful. We would get our morning pastures and just watch the world go by.

The location was great. Room View was fantastic. The room is fully equipped. Including fresh fruits, juices and water. The staff were helpful and kind. Very recommend.

There was a party at night on the beach and the music was very loud. But it wasn’t the fault of the hotel.
