"Cosmo failed me during a medical emergency."

My wife had a medical emergency around 10pm on 4/5. We called the emergency line and you sent some woke lady who was more interested in protecting her rear then comforting or caring for my wife. While my wife was having chest pains and heart palpitations this lady was asking for her id and of all things a players card. That can wait. We are registered guests, go check the registry but to harass my wife for a players card is insane. Then she needed pics of the id and players card but failed to Bring a phone and the next person didn’t finally she took pic when someone brought a phone and I caught her taking pictures of my wife undressed as the emts were attempting to run an EKG. She also started getting nosey and writing down my wife’s prescription drugs as the emts read them out. How’s her HIPPA training and what security assurances are in place? This is not ok!

"Terrible experience"

I have a medical condition and I take insulin that needs to be stores in a refrigerator. I have requested one from the minute a checked in and I followed up twice. I was told none is available, not even for medical purposes. The workers the I talked to at the guest service and the lobby personnel do not seem to care about my medical condition. Their response was that they have 400 rooms so they can not accommodate everyone even if it’s for medical reason. I made it clear that insulin can not be stored on ice or room temperature, otherwise it will not work, again nobody care. For the 3 nights that I have stayed there I never had the refrigerator. If you have a medical condition DO NOT stay at Luxor as your health may be compromised.

"Outdated and overpriced"

Not worth it for the discounted price because amenities are lacking. The cardio center was so small compared to how big the hotel is and everything was overpriced

Lots of great amenities and very clean. The downside was that the restaurants were overly expensive and their food was well below acceptable standards.

"Very nice hotel, very modern and clean"

Very nice room, very modern with kitchen bedroom and bathroom. Only issue is coffee is not complementary that is setting next to the coffee pot and its $18.00 for 2 paper cups, 2 coffee pods. Bottle water next to coffee pot is not complimentary either. When asking one front counter associate, we were told it was free, then after using it, we were told from another Cust. Service rep. That it was not complimentary. We ended up gping to Walmart and buying water and coffee, alot cheaper.

"Not worth it"

We chose Mandalay Bay because we’ve enjoyed past visits. They do not have necessary staffing. The check in process was horrible and we could not make use of paid early check in. The swimming pools were overcrowded and not heated. Not enough chairs provided provided at the pool. Staff looked miserable and were rude.
