ARIA Sky Suites

It was wonderful got an upgrade room everyone was very nice and helpful.made my visit very enjoyable. Got to see a room I wouldn't of been able to see and having a private pool was awesome. Room was clean the only thing I was surprised is that it didn't have a microwave.

Stayed in the 2 BR strip view sky suite, comped by our host Erica Zapico. She’s the best and has been my host for a few years. We arrived at noon and to my surprise our room was ready. Room was clean, quiet and we had a great view. I keep coming back to Aria Sky Suites year after year because they treat you like a VIP. Slots were pretty good and restaurant choices are amazing. Keep up the good work, Aria!

We booked the Panoramic 1-bedroom Sky Suite for our honeymoon trip to Las Vegas. We expected VIP treatment, but we most certainly didn't receive this. I will start by saying that the 2 stars I've awarded is purely down to how beautiful and clean and aesthetically pleasing the hotel is. Our room was by far the nicest hotel room we've ever stayed in. But that's where the praise ends. The problems with service really started with the complimentary limo airport transfer which is advertised as being with the Sky Suites. I enquired about this after booking and was told that this was only offered to 2 bedroom suites and couldn't be offered to us. Bear in mind, we've booked a 3 night stay for $3000 and they can't offer us comp limo transfer to the airport after our stay! So we booked this and paid over $110 for the service. Despite checking in online 24 hours prior to our arrival (following an email from the Aria which prompted us to do this), our room was not ready for our 3pm check in. This was disappointing but I won't dwell on this, as these things happen and they credited us with $150 resort credit as compensation for the 90 minute delay which we thought was fair. Once we were in our room, they offer an online concierge service, which we tried to use to get our bags to be dropped off at the room - after tipping the bell desk earlier in the day for this service. No response. We tried to call reception 4 times, no response. So we took the trip down to the bell desk to retrieve our luggage in person. The chap was pleasant and offered to take our luggage up for us, which he duly did and we felt obliged to tip him for a good service, wish we hadn't tipped the first guy, but that's on us. Being in the Sky Suites, we expected the luggage to be in our room upon check in! The maid service was excellent however, the room was cleaned daily and a turn down service on an evening was a nice touch. Checking out was a bit of a drama, they tried to charge my card for over $1000 and when I queried this at the front desk, was told this was a system glitch and they had no idea why this charge had been made. Luckily, I had almost maxed the credit card out so the funds weren't taken, otherwise goodness knows how long it would have been to get that back! We also requested a late check out before we even travelled to Vegas, because of our late flight (which they knew because of the 6pm airport transfer which we booked and PAID FOR). We were told they should be able to accommodate this but would confirm on the day of departure....low and behold, "sorry we cannot give you a later check out" so back to the good old bell desk we went to store out luggage for the day until leaving. I learned from my earlier mistake and did not tip the original bell boy who took our luggage, saving my tip for the later member of staff who would load this into the taxi for us....well, the look we got off the bell boy was a mixture of comedy and utter hatred. By this point I was past caring. The hotel has a very pretentious feel about it. We're English and anything but 'upper crust' but we were there to enjoy the VIP experience, sadly there was not one. If you're American and got Millions in the bank, you'll love the place. If you're the other 98% of the worlds population then avoid this place as they treat you like garbage.

The property is well maintained and the rooms are nice, but that's about where it ends. Service is terrible; concierge screwed up our dinner reservations and we were stuck one night with no reservation. Front desk failed to explain numerous details about our stay, and the "text message" concierge service provided incorrect information. There are so many better places on the strip to stay such as the Wynn. I regret moving to the Sky Suites and will be staying at a different hotel next time.

We had a truly outstanding experience last week at the ARIA Sky Suites. We spent 5 days in a Sky Suites One Bedroom Penthouse, and it was fantastic. The whole VIP experience at the Sky Suites was wonderful. The room was well appointed, comfortable, and had everything one could ask for in a high end suite. The private elevator bank, coupled with the comfortable and welcoming lounge, provided a nice respite from the very energetic and active casino floor. The location is also great, as you are within easy walking distance to the Bellagio, the Cosmopolitan, the Vdara, and Park MGMm(although there is also a very accessible tram too) . Although there are three pools, we opted for a cabana at the Sky Pool, which we loved. I cannot say enough good things about staying at the ARIA Sky Suites!

I have been a guest of Aria since opening day. We love all the restaurants and all amenities. Also, the staff is awesome. I ask every staff member, how long have you been here at Aria? and 90% of them reply "since opening"

One word,FABULOUS!!!! Clean classy and just perfect! Mostlyhonest! I left an eighty dollar ticket in a machine went back ten minutes later it was gone. Thirty minutes later I went back to that machine to play again and one of your guys in a suit walked up and asked if I was Ellen and gave me the eighty dollar ticket. WOW I wish I had gotten his name, I was in shock! Thankyou Aria!

This was my first time staying in the Aria Sky Suites and I am glad I did. Everything was fantastic. The room was very bright and clean. The bed was comfortable...and the view from the 55th floor was AMAZING. I especially appreciated the separate elevators. Looking forward to my next trip. I will absolutely "spoil" myself once again.

The rooms is die for! Great views from every rom! We especiallly liked the bathroom , so roomy with two sinks. The maids did an excellent job cleaning every day. Tjey also left gifts forus every day. So thoughtful!
