Riad Medina

Sarah has a truly golden heart. She helped us with everything, breakfast was exceptional and the riad was really great. I recommend this place if you want to stay in a riad with a morroccan soul and with the owner that is such a caring person. Sarah we miss you!!!

Sarah is a very warm, welcoming and helpful host, and prepares amazing breakfast. The location is perfect, close to all attractions. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. Great views from rooftop terrace

Sara was very sweet and helpful. Also, everything was clean.

The host Sara is great, she catered for our 3 different days of breakfast times to meet our schedule. Day 1 we were still jet lagged and had full breakfast at 11am. We were too tired to go out for dinner on day 2 and she brought us Vegetables couscous complimentary. we had a room with bathroom attached. Our guide cancel on us and she found another solution.

Our room was big enough, bathroom should be bigger. Sara was very king and even if she is almost no able to say anything in english, she can use voice transalator very fast and at the end it was ok. But its not possible to have a call in english.

True possition of this hotel was like 5km by car from position marked on booking.com map, but true is that still in medina of Marakesh. Locality wasn´t so nice as we expected.

Sara was super attentive and helpful all the time. The room was very comfortable and clean, and close to the city center. The shower had super warm water!!
