Der Inhaber und seine Mitarbeiterin sind extrem freundlich und bemüht. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.

Den Preis für ein Budget Doppelzimmer mit Gemeinschafts-Bad zur Einzelnutzung finde ich etwas hoch. Das Zimmer war leider ziemlich kühl und man konnte es nicht gut abdunkeln, da Fenster zu den Gemeinschaftsbereichen gehen.

Orotava very nice & have lot of beautyfull palace like a Garden Botânico..

The owner of the hostel is a very nice & good heart guy. Encontrario the two funcionárias like Diário.. Unfortunatly lost my pearls, my MB card stuck in the machine and need It help. Want to talk with the boss but that "nabu" Diário not help in It,. When want to call for one person he sait, send it one sms..When I sait please call for him hez sait the same sms históry. No money & no time havet. Same like that person,lies to me..(not ewan speek in english 🤭)The hostel is very cold & without Fun. You only know the persons when You need help. For me It was the worst experiência..Never again this persons. Sorry for the boss becuos he is 👍🏽
