The Indian lady was extremely rude

I DID NOT STAY THERE. They did not have a Non-smoking, handicapped accessible room as requested. There room was smoking and my husband and I both have Asthma. We requested a king-size bed and they had 2 double beds AND they would not even let us see the room first, so we left! I also thought booking.com would reserve a room at Comfort Suites as before, BUT THEY DID NOT. PLEASE CANCEL MY RESERVATION with booking.com and refund my money already paid to you.

Close to my job, off interstate and near restaurants.

Usually had great accommodations but last trip, the bed was awful, hard and slanted. Only lamps, lights that worked in room was the bathroom light.

Clean room, nice staff and location was good.

My only issue was the smell of pot all night. Not sure if it was coming through the A/C or maybe the door was not sealed enough. Each time someone would Stand outside or walk by smoking it got pulled into my room. Just let me say, they smoked a lot.

Reception clerk was cool

Had to pay cash because network was down Charged $4 ATM fee to use onsite terminal
