Location, friendly front desk

Not a hotel. It is a bed and breakfast with very simple breakfast served from 9 am on. But on the second day I had to wait until 9:45. No water for shower in the last day

We loved the way. the staff was cooperative with us . They were very sweet and kind towards us . Mr Ali manager , Hijran were very amazing human being with excellent hospitality.

1: location is perfect, nizami street is at 5 min walking diatance. 2: resturants and superstores nearby. 3: family atmosphere 4: big room and huge washroom. 5: welcoming staff

1: no lift in the building and incase there is nobody around then you will have to deal with your luggage. 2: breakfast is very basic. 3: lightening in the room can be improved.

Most of the major attractions, shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The room was spacious and the staff very welcoming, attentive and welcoming. Especially Ali. A great place to stay if you're looking for a comfortable boutique hotel
