Itsy Hotels Jammabane Cottage, 5 Minutes To Mountain View Coffee Plantation

The property is not what is shown in pictures. The construction of the property is not completed and literally we are in a construction site. There is no safety handrails, so kids have a chance to fall from top floors. There is no privacy in the rooms. Rooms are more likely to be a hospital room than a hotel room. The breakfast is very bad. I dont recommend this to anyone.

Overall good but, breakfast wasn't good and add some items.

The glass wall facing the forest. The smiling face host Arjun The forest in the morning. Good feeling to wake up here.

The insects on the bed and mosquitos. Drinking water needs to be brought from down. There is no proper food supply. We need to arrange ourselves. Night time the room needs to be put on dim light else insects will come inside. Small bathroom. Cot makes sound that it might be broken.

Space

Value for money: The property offers good value for the price. Staff: The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Arjun, who made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast: The breakfast was absolutely fantastic – definitely one of the highlights of our visit. Noise and Construction Impact: Despite the ongoing construction, it didn’t affect our stay in terms of noise or disruption.

Difference Between Photos and Reality: The images posted on the site show only two rooms on the first floor, but in reality, those rooms are under construction. This was a bit misleading. Ambiance: Due to the construction work, the ambiance we were expecting from the photos wasn’t there. It was less peaceful and aesthetic than anticipated. Privacy Issues: The rooms feature fully transparent Teflon glass with curtains that don’t cover the windows completely, making it difficult to have full privacy. Limited Photo Updates: We were told the photos couldn’t be updated because the building is under construction, which contributed to the discrepancy between expectation and reality.

Location was amazing..calm and quiet location.
