It shouldn't be a 5-bedroom house because the room in the basement is very humid and unsuitable for living. It can only be classified as a 4-bedroom vacation home.

Nice enough place but wouldn’t call it luxury. Furnished well and nice to be on the golf course fringe. Good location being close to the city but handy to get to a lot of the nearby destinations.

Kitchen is very small because it’s two joined flats rather than one big house. The converted garage down the bottom isn’t in the greatest condition, weird dirt or mould on some of the walls and the adjoining bedroom is pretty average. The pool table is basically unusable because everything is damaged so badly. For luxury I’d expect a BBQ and maybe a spa or pool - seems it had a pool but it’s been boarded up. Sleeping 10 people is nice but hard with only 2 bathrooms.

really good location which is close to most our activities and needs，nice and quite street，most rooms and living room are good。

the only room down base maybe haven't been use for while，bed-linings at this room is not clean as other room does。also the bathroom from same base level is old。
