Henkilökunta ei vastannut mihinkään pyyntöihin. Siivpus ei ollut tehty kun pyysin. Myös sijainti on epämukavaa. Päästäkseni kaupungin keskustaan piti kävellä liian pitkään ja tie oli epämukava. Hotelli itse asiassa on vanha

Lots of leaflets in the room but nothing to give you the WiFi password or the code for the side gate.. also car park charge should be stated before booking not after.

I booked this as a little getaway for the weekend, the staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the restaurant staff, we turned up pretty late to the restaurant (15 mins before shutting) and we still had great service and a friendly conversation (the burgers were good quality). I am someone who goes to the gym a lot so access to the gym was needed, which it was very easy to get to , there was a room with dumbbells up to 30kg, smith machine, lat pulldown and more and a separate cardio room (if you want a morning session). The Aircon in the room was a life saver. Close proximity to the bay , only took me 4 mins to drive to Cardiff bay which was handy! Would stay again.

I didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment on that, however, what was slightly annoying was that the light on my side of the bed , didn't work so I had to use bathroom lights for ambiance or main lights for good lighting at night. That aside I would stay again, minor things don't bother me too much.

Brilliant pool, bar area nice big room with terrace. friendly staff

Paid for a terrace suite which was a lot of money but sound proofing is a must. My 6 year old wasn’t able to sleep due to ‘dog noises’ as she described to her friends in the morning from the room next door. Could even hear the bed shaking. After an early get up for a cheer comp she definitely needed her sleep.

Everything satisfactory not a single complaint very satisfied.

The hotel was clean and the food was delicious. The room was very comfortable.it has a very nice pool area

Having to pay for parking is a bit much. I have never had to pay for parking un any hotel I ever stayed in. 9n the second night we were served drinks just before 11pm and then were told to move out of the bar area as they wanted to mop the floors. 🫤 why di that to paying customers. You could atvleast let them finish their drink in comfort.
