Great, peaceful location. We went for a hike to the falls one morning and then had a delicious breakfast. Close to Ithaca for a night out if desired.

Breakfast was just OK. A hot item would have been nice. Also no option for decaf coffee. However the lovely server did make me a decaf instant. The hostess also graciously gave us a tour of the inn. She was so accommodating.

The room and grounds were were well kept. Staff were very nice. View was great. Q-tips were a nice touch. Plenty of towels.

Continental breakfast was a bit unorganized but staff were getting ready for mother's day brunch. The food available for the Continental breakfast was a bit lacking in variety and options.

"Beautiful getaway"

We stayed specifically at the Lakeview. Beautiful views, rooms were clean and comfortable. Wish we had planned the trip to stay an extra night. The restaurant was also great for breakfast and dinner. That taughannock falls view is also very close to the property.
