We appreciate the closeness to the downtown area. However, the manager/owner knocked on the door very early to inquire about their checkout time. First, the patrons worked until very early in the morning, so his inquiry could have been done much later so that the people could get a good nights sleep. That is part of the reason we offer rooms to our crew while they are working in the city. Second, I would prefer the manager had called me directly since I made the effort to stop in personally to take care of all the details rather than have my team have to worry about it. We like staying there, but would prefer more focus on the customer service.

The hotel is conveniently located by the major roads but the entrance to the hotel is not clearly marked. A larger, well lit sign is needed.

Everything was ok .. the thing that I hated was the bed it was too hard to sleep on.. your sleeping on a box spring no mattress .. so uncomfortable..
