Comfort Inn Horsham - Philadelphia

Lobby is beautiful. Breakfast is excellent

After I paid, I found out they had no hot water. Major disturbance in lobby. Was told to go back to my room. Front desk busy resolving problems. Constantly in cellphone. A Gen leman was very helpful.. The door and key card system is strange. Took 2 or 3 tries each time to get into room. B d is extremely comfortable. Drug dealers present in parking lot with their lights on all night long. I did not feel safe as a senior citizen. I truly believe the staff dies the very best they can. No backup in site. Police should have been called. To put that responsibility on one person is completely unreasonable. I needed to stay a second night which went far better. The hotel has potential; however, the front desk situation is a disaster. I actually felt sorry for the staff! Fazon was wonderful the second night. However, as a senior I will never book this hotel again. I stay in hotels quite a bit. I made the best of it. The ambulance was there twice during my stay for gyests. Shower curtain is short and water runs on floor. An accident waiting to happen! Thank you so much to staff that helped me navigate as I have a disability. They accept dogs. Guests were very friendly during the holiday season.

the breakfast was warm and good, the staff was soooooooo friendly and great to deal with. the room was pretty roomy and had the fridge and tv so that was nice. the drive from the turn pike was not to bad also. it has a vending machine area and snack area to get stuff at night

the bed was so so hard and uncomfy here. i feel the room would have been so much better if it wasn't for that. The bathroom was a little tiny but it was fine for me to have as a one night. the doors in the hall where so heavy to open also and was confused why they where there but it was over a okay night for us.

Location

The only thing I can say I liked about the property was the location. Close to stores which was convenient, as well as the complimentary breakfast.

I’ll be brief, for 1. The beds were super stiff and not very comfortable, the ice machine on our level didn’t work so we had to each tone go to the 4th floor which was super inconvenient. And last the most uncomfortable about it was that we seen a rodent in our room which made for. Very uncomfortable time.

Location and price were perfect
