Quality Inn & Suites Monticello

i had to leave early, i only stayed 4 hours, i had to leave early had an emergency, they still charged me for a night, i will never stay there again,

i didn't like nothing about it

The staff was very friendly. Close to restaurants. There were not many breakfast options. Room was clean.

Great location

I stayed at the Quality Inn while in town for my mother’s funeral, and unfortunately, it only added more stress to an already difficult time. The room was in poor condition—several lights didn’t work, and the TV was broken. To make matters worse, the ironing board was unusable, and I found roaches and other bugs throughout the room. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic functionality and cleanliness. I NEVER stay at another Quality Inn. I do have pictures for whatever the site didn’t allow me to upload.
