Hotel Ambassador

This hotel is one of the very best - among many - that we ever visited in Italy, within our budget. Everything is so nice. Pool area with many places to sit, whether you are for the sun or shadow. Pool was never cold. Outdoor spa was nice. View from the pool perfect, with mountains as well as the lake. Surroundings have 3-4 other hotels, restaurants and very nice beach area within few hundred meters. Supermarket and nice city with shops and more restaurants within one kilometer. You're never alone, but yet very quite area. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. A place to come back.

our room wasn’t clean - dust and cobwebs on ceiling no water provided in room the “view” was of a muddy hillside, permanently in the shade so we needed the lights on during the day during breakfast they sat our family with 2 infants in the hallway, next to the main door so smoke wafted in from smokers, it was cold and the cleaning lady was hoovering next to our table as we ate.

Limited dinner possibilities (only menu available, no pick and choose), No body lotion provided in Bathroom, strict and early wellness area closing times

Breakfast was good,but the room was small and the wiev was not atractive.

THE ROOM COULD BE BIGER AND IT COULD BE NICER LOOK OUT.
