"We Love Grouse Mountain Lodge"

We recently stayed at Grouse Mountain Lodge again after discovering it earlier this year. It’s a nice quiet location off the busier roads and on a golf course. The check in both times was smooth because of the excellent women at the front counter and especially Jen! Our King Size bed/room with a giant screen HD television was perfect for watching the World Series. The restaurant and the bar are well stocked and tasty. Fire pits were turned on on the patio on the late season 63 degree day and cool October evenings and the seating was comfortable. Highly recommended even if you’re not a golfer….. like us!

"What could be a wonderful venue is very mediocre and probably won’t stay again"

Location was good for our plans to attend a wedding near by. Staff very friendly even if they didn’t seem to know what was going on.

Well…. Room very mediocre… bath/shower needs to be upgraded with handrails etc, paint and carpets dreary!!!!! Restaurant such a disappointment… food over cooked, and what decent place doesn’t have a proper expresso machine????

Staff and facilities were great.

They hit you with a daily amenities fee after the reservation. Nonsense! Make the deal and knock off the nickel/dime stuff. It is offensive.
