Pluses-Nice staff, nice breakfast, good shower, great location Minuses- Beachfront Tower/ Sandpiper one bedroom condo units are dated and dark. Replacing the carpeting would help, and a table lamp in living area would be an improvement . Lobby is uninviting and pool area is small. You can use the main pool though, about a 1/2 mile away which is nice. Requested an upper floor and got the first floor, oh well.

I read mixed reviews before booking a 5 night vacation here, but I went with my Marriott-quality instinct, and was not let down. The opposite in fact. I was more than surprised by the superior overall experience. The property itself may not be new, but it is sparklingly clean and the rooms are both large and very comfortable. The resort itself is well-spaced so there was no feeling of crowding anywhere. The staff were always smiling and genuinely eager to serve. The restaurants were very good as was the bar there. The pool area is inviting and has enough space there. Overall, a very positive experience there and look forward to visiting again.

Ants in bathroom and microwave area. Asked front desk if they could spray on Christmas day as we'd be out of room most of the day. We were told no they couldn't spray bc of the horrible smell. They offered to switch our room but couldn't guarantee the pool view and we had already been there 1 night and didn't want to repack as we packed for 6 nights. We were offered 20k points for our inconvenience which we accepted. Upon check out I asked to confirm points were reflected and the employee said yes. . 1 week later I called and spoke with the manager, Chris. He said he would look into it and get back to me. I never heard from Chris. 1 week later called again and left Chris a voice mail. Still No return call. Now that's poor customer service. There were other issues at the resort as well but the ant situation and water leaking from wall in bathroom that's shared where the microwave is located. I don't think this resort will make it beyond a few more months.

Bring the bikes back and the fire pit made this location unmatched The bikes were one of the best family time spent the last time we visited This location was very disappointed that they are no longer available.

I dislike that I book with booking.com and they didn’t email me my confirmation code so on the day of the going to the location. I had to call booking I was told I needed to pay extra in order to get the room I already paid or started to pay for, which made no sense to me so I had to cancel out the reservation and schedule a new one. Because my family and friends were already waiting for me there. So here I am now stuck making payments to affirm for a reservation we didn’t get to stay at… so I’m not happy with what booking had done.. I would like to get my money back as to stop paying for something I’m not receiving.
