"I wouldn’t recommend a stay at this accommodation."

The organization was poor, and I couldn’t properly store my suitcase and belongings. Communication with the director and the overall management of the stay was very poor. Nobody was at the reception, and I had to call several times just to get basic answers. There was no one available on site who could communicate with men. The only person who was able to help and sort things out was the cleaning lady, who was very polite and helpful to me.
