The customer service and the lady at the breakfast place

The bathroom at the lobby was out of service, the room had a moldy smell, broken tile, squeaky bathroom door, broken soap dish, not enough shampoo in the shower and the toilet not enough water pressure, was not made aware of remodeling until we arrived, so it was noise

"Would stay again due to LAX and Hermosa Beach proximity"

Room was excellent for two friends, ie 2 large beds, plenty of space. Location was great, a 15 minute walk to the beach, lots of nice bars and restaurants in a safe environment. Easy to get an uber as hotel has car park next door, 15 minutes to LAX. Good value although dated and tired furnishings. Capability to stay till 5pm as flight 20:40 therefore great to get a shower before long flight.

Breakfast at the hotel was awful, all cereals full of sugar, no choice for diabetics. Necessary to eat out. Cheap bread again too sweet. Carpet on corridors looked old and worn

A comfortable, clean room. A good location)

We booked a room for two people under my name. When my husband arrived earlier to check in, he was not allowed to do so without me, even though he showed the reservation confirmation. It was surprising and inconvenient.
