the hotel had breakfast, hot coffee, and very friendly staff. The rooms are also very clean and roomy. The hotel is also very accessible to a shopping center with a a variety of places to eat, The hotel is also about a mile away from the pier and its a nice walk.

I didn't like the smell of the lobby. I am not sure if it was the lobby or a person who was wearing a cheap perfume.

"Superb hotel near beach"

Staff were very friendly and engaging. Thank you Dorely, Marie, Herickson, Chris, Bianca. Large, clean room, room facilities (coffee machine, microwave)

Dare I say the smoking area was in the car park/garage - not discreet at all.

Room was comfortable, good location

The night clerk was not very friendly, gave my friend attitude. Also we were charged the cleaning deposit twice when we checked out, when we are actually supposed to get the $150 deposit back. Our entire group got charged extra with no explanation why. Hopefully they get that figured out before I have to get my bank involved. Breakfast was mediocre, wish they would keep it opened until 11.
