At no fault of the very sweet and knowledgeable front desk lady, the room we were placed in was next to an entrance door that led to the pool and outside area. We thought it was great to be that close until we realized that every time the door opened or closed, we can feel and hear it behind the bed even after 9pm. So, we let the front desk lady know and she quickly resolved the issue by offering to move us to another room. That room was much quieter by far! However, we would not stay there again for a number of reasons.

"Had a very restless evening - but managed to get enough rest in making it to my destination."

Breakfast was good, the attendent was very nice and tried to accommodate to your requests. Front desk staff was very nice and complementary.

Musty smell in Room 118, bathroom floors we very slippery.

It was very comfortable, clean, and the staff friendly. I needed a lot of towels because the shower door didn't seal very well and leaked, but everything else was great.....I didn't utilize their breakfast, so I can't review that.

How this hotel has good reviews is beyond me. I feel bambozeled! It’s disgusting here. My room smelled like someone blew the bathroom up!!! I had to switch rooms…. The first room was nasty and dirty! Would not recommend to my worst enemy…. I feel itchy and nauseous
