die Ausstattung, das Ambiente, die Trennung von Bad und WC unseres Zimmers, das Empfangspersonal war sehr zuvorkommend; die Lage ist sehr gut!

nicht gefallen ist übertrieben, das sind nur paar Optimierungsanmerkungen und eher als "Jammern auf sehr sehr hohen Niveau" abzustempeln: Wir haben noch Klebestreifen und Silikonspuren von den Leisten entfernt 😅 scheinen im Zuge der Renouvierungstätigkeiten vergessen worden zu sein; die Leselampen wirken von der Position nicht optimal und der Fernseher ist nicht ganz zentral im Rahmen 🙈 das Frühstück war in Ordnung - das Personal wirkte entweder zu übermotiviert und freundlich oder hatte gegen Ende der Frühstückszeit verständlicherweise keine Motivation mehr; die Parkmöglichkeiten für Motorräder; die Parkpreise sind trotz Ermäßigung hoch - ist aber wsl Salzburg geschuldet; im Vergleich zu anderen Städten leider zu teuer

The location was very nice. It was within walking distance from the train station. The employees were interested. They helped in everything.

There were no slippers in the room.

Le tende delle finestre non chiudono bene...alle 5 del mattino era giorno in tutta la camera!il bagno piccolo e poco fornito. Il prezzo non vale per un 4 stelle la colazione doveva essere conpresa nel prezzo ..non farla pagare € 29 a testa..eravamo intre

Super zentrale Lage, tolle Zimmer und auch das Bad ist ganz großartig. Außerdem ist das Personal sehr freundlich

It was a beautiful room nicely decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the service from everyone in the breakfast room and at the front desk was so fabulous. There was one particular lady that was so helpful every time we needed directions or anything at the front desk and the staff at the restaurant was always so friendly greeting us as we entered in the morning by name.

The room was clean and lovely and the staff were kind and helpful.
