"I’ll never return"

Nothing

The receptionist was rude. I asked for 2 rooms close together and we got 2 rooms in completely separate buildings. I had 2 elderly people and 3 girls. I needed to be close to everyone to lend a hand and I wasn’t. I reminded her that I asked for 2 rooms close together and she said “well it’s already in the system”

It was spacious.

No working ice machine and the air conditioner leaks and no working heat so the floor and room had a dampness to it.
